    Case 01

    A private AI coding assistant for an engineering organization

    Challenge
    Engineers wanted AI help in the chat window and the editor, but source code and internal documentation could not leave the company network.
    What we built
    An on-premise platform serving open-weight models — a coding model for chat, a small model for in-editor completion, and an embedding model for search — behind one OpenAI-compatible gateway. A chat workspace answers from the internal Confluence wiki, while GPU, latency, and usage dashboards, request tracing, and scripted deploys with health checks and rollback keep it operable.
    Outcome
    One internal endpoint for chat, IDE, and tooling. Code and documents stay inside the perimeter, and models can be swapped without changing clients.

    Case 02

    A clinical pre-attendance assistant

    Challenge
    Consultation time was spent collecting basic history that patients could share before they arrived.
    What we built
    A conversational assistant on Telegram that talks with patients in Persian and prepares a structured brief for the clinician: a symptom summary, a triage category, red flags, and suggested follow-up questions. It is deliberately scoped to give no medical advice.
    Outcome
    Clinicians start the visit with context instead of a blank page. The model sits behind a provider-agnostic endpoint, so it can run on a self-hosted model where data residency requires it.

Questions we hear often

Do you work with individuals and small businesses, or only enterprises?

Both. Many of our projects start with a founder or a small team and a clear idea. We size the scope and price to your stage.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope, but every project has a fixed price agreed before work starts. The first call is free, and you receive a written proposal with a clear budget within a week.

How long does it take?

An AI Readiness Sprint takes two weeks. Most MVPs and AI assistants go live in four to eight weeks. Larger enterprise systems are planned in milestones.

Who owns the code and data?

You do. Source code, infrastructure, documentation, and data are handed over in full at the end of the project.

Can my data stay private?

Yes. We can run models on your own servers or private cloud so that sensitive data never leaves your network. We are happy to sign an NDA before you share details.

Do you work remotely or only in Oman?

We are based in Muscat and work with clients across Oman, the GCC, and remotely worldwide.

What happens after launch?

Every build includes post-launch support. After that, you can take over fully, or keep us on a monthly retainer for monitoring and improvements.
